We can't wait to bring Woofstock back to Oyster City Brewing for 2026! ARF is celebrating our 31st anniversary of helping pets in our community. We can't wait to see pups and people out for an amazing day to raise money for the animals!

The 2026 Woofstock pet costume contest is the highlight of the day! Stay tuned as we reveal our celebrity judges who are coming out to see your best costumes! The costume contest is included with admission! Just visit our registration tent to sign up for the fun. The costume contest will start at 2:30pm!

1. Best Traditional Halloween - Give us your best classic Halloween with your cute or spooky ghosts, spiders or maybe a candy corn?
2. Best Dog Specific Costume - A costume that was clearly made for that dog! Whether it perfectly matches their personality, breed, name, show us a costume that makes people say, “That is SO them.”
Bonus points for costumes that incorporate a dog’s unique personality or physical characteristics.
3. Most Creative - Dazzle us with a costume we've never seen. Bonus points for making us giggle!

Wiener Dog and Small Dog Races
Dachshunds and other small dogs under 25 lbs are invited to participate in our races. Please visit the registration tent when you arrive to sign up! You'll be assigned a race number and told where to line up to be called for your heat. Spectators are encouraged to line the grassy area to watch the fun!
Rules:
Wiener dogs and other small breeds will compete in independent competitions. Based on the number of participants, dogs will be placed into heats. The winner of each heat will compete in the championship round to determine the overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for the wiener dog or the small dog competition!

Dog Pie Eating Contest
Join us for our fourth year of pie eating contests - this has quickly risen to a total fan favorite! Pups of all sizes are encouraged to participate in the fun. Dog will be given a pet-safe pumpkin pie. First one to clean their plate will win a pie eating medal and great prizes thanks to our sponsors.
