Woofstock Scavenger Hunt
Time: 1pm - 5pm on October 24th!
Woofstock gates open at noon for on-site registration or pre-register online.
Details: Teams of 1-6 adults (plus kids and pets) complete a variety of tasks at Serda Brewing and the surrounding downtown area. Take pictures to document each task and email them to your assigned judge to earn points! The team with the most points will win the grand prize. All teams completing a minimum number of tasks will be entered into a raffle for other great prizes!
Grand Prize includes two nights the Battle House, gift cards to Wintzell's Oyster House and Felix's Fish Camp and other surprises!!!

Signup: All team members must pay pre-registration on Eventbrite or register the day of the event at headquarters at Serda Brewing. After online registration, each participant will be emailed a link to set up their scavenger hunt team. One member of each team should complete this form. On the form you must 1. Give a team name 2. List the names of all team members 3. Designate a task manager/team captain and provide their email. This person will receive the scavenger hunt task list and will also be responsible for emailing photos of completed tasks to the assigned rules judge. A similar form will be provided at on-site registration.
Rules: At minimum, the team captain must be included in all task photos. Some tasks require all team members to be present in the photo for credit. Photos must be emailed by your team’s designated task manager to your assigned rules judge using the following format for the subject line: Team # XXX: Task # XXX. The team captain will be provided detailed instructions for submitting tasks.
At 1pm, all team captains will receive an email with the task list for the scavenger hunt. Teams must complete all tasks within the designated time period (1pm- 5pm) and email them to their rules judge to receive credit. Teams do not need to start at Serda Brewing. Tasks will be located at the brewery and within the downtown area including at our scavenger hunt sponsors. The rules judges will update the leaderboard on the Facebook regularly throughout the event.
All tasks will be completed outside. Dogs are welcome and encouraged to participate. Teams should ensure they have poop bags and water for their pets during the scavenger hunt.

2. Win a category (small, medium, large or group) in the dog costume contest
3. Win Best in Show in costume contest
4. Win best team name
5. Participate in the team costume contest (details on how to enter will be provided on the day of the event).
